Terms of service
Last updated 1 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between the operator of Sales Ops (“we”) and the business that uses Sales Ops (“you”). The person who signs a business up accepts them on its behalf, and confirms they are allowed to.
The service
Sales Ops helps sales teams plan calls and visits, take orders and follow their customers, using data you import or connect from your own systems. We are still adding to it, and features may change.
Accounts
- A business signs up with a work email address; one business per email domain. We may decline or close a sign-up.
- Your admins decide who joins your business and what they can see. Keep passwords private and remove people who leave.
- You are responsible for what happens under your business's accounts.
Your data
- Your data stays yours. You let us store and process it only to provide the service to you.
- Only bring in data you have the right to use, and connect only systems you are allowed to connect. Your business is responsible for its customers' personal information under the privacy laws that apply to it.
- You can export your data at any time. How we handle it is set out in the privacy policy.
Connected systems and orders
When you connect another system, such as Unleashed, Skynamo or Xero, the app reads from it, and may write to it where it says so (for example placing an order in Unleashed). Check orders and figures before you rely on them: the app shows what those systems report, and stock and prices can lag behind them.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to reach another business's data, overload or probe the service, get around its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
Fees
The service is free while we test it with early businesses. We will tell you, with notice, before any charges start.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and it is provided as it is. Keep your own copies of anything important; your connected systems remain your record.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or sales, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
Ending
You can stop using the service at any time; contact us and we will delete your business's data as the privacy policy describes. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell your admins before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept it. Questions: support@medinox.com.au.
